• Each match consists of 2 sets with tie-break at 6 all.
• Unavailable dates must be clearly stated on this entry form and all players must be available until the end of the tournament.
• Each player is allowed one full unavailable weekend. In case of uncertainty , players are advised to contact the organisers.
• On Saturdays play starts at 14:00 and on Sundays play starts at 15:30
• If an encounter is rained off, it will be rescheduled for the following weekend. For encounters already underway , remaining matches will be completed during the week at a time mutually agreed upon by the players and organisers. If it rains on Saturday 29th November (final), play will take place on Sunday 30th November.

Players are expected to have an adequate knowledge of the game, previous match experience, can serve consistently and keep a rally going.
