International-level squash returns to Marsa Sports Club this September as the Hotel Pjazza Merkanti International Marsa Sports Club Squash Open 2026 brings together three days of competition from 17 to 19 September.
At the centre of the tournament is a PSA Men’s Event, giving players the opportunity to compete in a professionally recognised draw with a total prize fund of US$1,000.
The PSA Men’s Event will feature a 16-player main draw, with prize money awarded as follows:
The event adds an international dimension to the tournament and gives spectators the opportunity to watch high-level competitive squash at the Club.
The tournament is not limited to the PSA draw.
Mixed events will also be held across four levels, giving players of different standards the chance to take part:
Players will be grouped according to their level to help create balanced and competitive matches throughout the weekend.
Matches on Thursday 17 September and Friday 18 September will begin from 5:00pm onwards.
Play will continue throughout Saturday 19 September, with matches starting from 10:00am.
An optional presentation dinner will follow on Saturday evening, with further details to be announced.
Players may enter up to two events.
Anyone choosing a second event must select both categories on the registration form. The second event must be one level above the player’s usual playing standard and remains subject to approval by the Tournament Director.
The standard entry fee is paid when registering, while the additional €5 fee for the second event will be paid at the tournament.

Non-Members: €20
Second Event: Additional €5
Entries for the PSA Men’s Event close on Tuesday 8 September.
