What a great day at Marsa Sports Club.
The Grixti Mobili Team Squash Tournament brought together six teams of seven players each for a full afternoon of competitive and enjoyable squash on the Club’s newly refurbished courts. Congratulations to Drop Shot Mafia, who were presented with the trophy during the BBQ celebration after the tournament.
The evening was also a fitting opportunity to celebrate the successful completion of the Squash Courts Renovation Project. Marsa Sports Club now has five top-class squash courts for members and guests to enjoy, and it was great to see them so busy throughout the day.
In a short speech during the BBQ, Squash & Pickleball Section Chairperson Robert Sultana thanked all players, families, supporters and sponsors who joined the tournament and celebration. He gave special thanks to Grixti Mobili for supporting the team tournament, Colette Sultana for the excellent organisation and running of the tournament, and all the sponsors who helped make the squash courts project possible:
