Five Refurbished Squash Courts Ready for Play at Marsa Sports Club

Marsa Sports Club has completed a major refurbishment of its squash facilities, with the Club now boasting five top-class squash courts for members and guests to enjoy. The project marks an important step forward for squash at Marsa, improving both the quality of play and the overall experience for everyone using the courts.

The refurbishment has been welcomed strongly by the squash community, and the Squash & Pickleball Section has highlighted the collective effort behind the project — from the Club’s investment and support, to the contribution of members and sponsors who helped make the works possible.

“The response from members to the renovated squash courts has been extremely positive, and we are very pleased with the final result and quality achieved. The Club now boasts five top-class squash courts for our members and guests to enjoy.

When the new Squash Section was formed last year, the renovation of the squash courts was identified as our top priority. This was a significant investment by the Club, and we are especially grateful to our passionate squash members who helped us secure sponsors whose contributions funded a substantial part of the project.

We sincerely thank the Club Committee of Management for supporting this initiative, as well as Club Secretary Mr Dermot Galea and the Club employees involved throughout the process. Special thanks also go to my colleagues within the Squash Section, particularly Mr Peter Wirth and Mr Mark Zammit, for their commitment and hard work in helping make this project a success.

We are equally grateful to COURTWALL for the professional manner in which the renovation works were carried out.
