• Tournament format: Phase 1 – Group Round Robin. Phase 2 – Semi Finals & Finals
• Matches are best of 3 sets (super tie-break to 10 at 1–all), with 3–0 points for straight-set wins and 2–1 points if decided by a super tie-break.
• Unavailable dates must be clearly stated on this entry form and all players must be available until the end of the tournament.
• Each player is allowed Two (2) unavailable dates. In case of uncertainty, players are advised to contact the organisers.
• Matches start at 14:00.
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams.
• ⁠If an encounter is rained off, it will be rescheduled for the Sunday of the following weekend. If it rains on Saturday 7th March 2026 (final), play will take place on Saturday 14th March 2026.

Players are expected to have an adequate knowledge of the game, previous match experience, can serve consistently and keep a rally going.
