Tournament Format

The tournament will be structured into multiple divisions, depending on the total number of registered players.

Players will be allocated to divisions based on the most recent rankings, reflecting results from the previous tournament.

Each division will follow a league, round-robin format.

Match Format

Each match will consist of 3 frames, and all frames must be played.

Each match awards points according to the frames won.

Example:
If Player A wins 2–1, Player A earns 2 points and Player B earns 1 point.
If Player A wins 3–0, Player A earns 3 points and Player B earns 0 points.

League Table

The league table for each division will be ordered by:

1.Points from matches won
2.Frame difference, meaning frames won minus frames lost
3.Direct encounter in case of total parity in points and frame difference

The player finishing first in each division will be declared the Champion of that Division.

Promotion and Relegation

To maintain a balanced and competitive structure across divisions:

  • The top two players in each division will be promoted to the next higher division.
  • The bottom two players in each division will be relegated to the next lower division.
  • Promotion and relegation will not apply beyond the highest and lowest divisions.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the champion of each division.

Walkovers

Each player is permitted a maximum of one walkover during the tournament.

Any player who concedes more than one walkover will be disqualified from the competition. All points earned by players against a disqualified player will be nullified.

Full Snooker Regulations — Except One Rule

In cases of a foul caused by a snooker, re-spotting of the white ball is prohibited. All other regulations remain in
effect.

Fair Play

Players are expected to uphold fair play in every situation.

If a player unintentionally contacts a ball using the cue or any part of their clothing, even if the incident goes unnoticed by the opponent, the player responsible for the foul should acknowledge it and allow the appropriate penalty points to be awarded.

Results

Players are to post their results in the group chat at the end of each game.
