Colette Sultana won 2 and lost 2 matches in the Austrian Junior Open

The Marsa Squash Day at the Marsa Sports Club will be held on Saturday

Marsa Sports Club Annual Squash ‘HANDICAP’ Open

Charity Squash Week Under Way
Over 60 players have so far registered to take squash lessons during
the Angela House Charity Squash Week. The players include complete
beginners, national team players, a school class, a works group, and a
group of school teachers, all playing their part to support the fund

Mr N Ramachandran has become the first Indian President of the World

'Tecnifibre' Marsa PAR-11 Squash Open 2008 at
Marsa
36 players took part in the recent 'Tecnifibre Marsa PAR-11 Squash
Open' held at the Marsa sports club. The participants played in 3
separate categories giving players from beginners to national team
players the chance to take part. The tournament was also the first in
Malta to be held using the new official ESF PAR 11 scoring.
Malta Women National Squash in Monaco
The Malta Women National squash team will be participating in the
European Small Nations Squash Tournament in Monaco from the 15th

Chris Stahl has won the gold medal in the The European Masters Games
(EMG) 2008 in squash in the over-65 category. The event took place in
the first week of September in the Swedish city of Malmö.

New Scoring System (point-a-rally (PAR) to 11
points)
PSA(professional squash association) have embarked on proposing the new
scoring system for all ranking events.The WSF (World Squash Federation)
is expected to officially adopt it at their Annual General Meeting in
October of 2008.
